Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The goods are shipped directly from our international distribution warehouse. No additional customs or import fees will be charged to you.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

Germany:

  • Standard shipping: €4.99

  • DHL Priority Shipping (Tracking): €7.99

  • DHL Priority Shipping (insured + tracking + theft protection): €9.99

Austria:

  • Standard shipping: €4.99

  • DHL Priority Shipping (Tracking): €7.99

  • DHL Priority Shipping (insured + tracking + theft protection): €9.99


Switzerland:

  • Standard shipping: 4.99 CHF

  • DHL Priority Shipping (Tracking): 7.99 CHF

  • DHL Priority Shipping (insured + tracking + theft protection): 9.99 CHF


Delivery times:

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods to Germany and Switzerland usually takes place within 7 - 14 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer.

Further details on payment:

If payment is made by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
